Effective November 6, 2026. PARS CASp is an accessibility inspection and CASp exam-prep app for California. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
No account, no tracking
The app has no sign-up and no login. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking. The developer does not collect, receive, sell or share your personal data.
Data stored on your device
Inspections, findings, measurements, notes, photos, signatures, inspector and company details and reports are stored only on your device. Reports leave the app only when you choose to share them through the share sheet.
Camera and photos
The camera and photo library are used only to attach photos you choose to findings, cover pages, your logo and signature. Photos stay on your device.
AI features
On-device AI (Apple Intelligence) runs on your device, and nothing is sent to the developer.
Optional cloud AI (Claude by Anthropic) is off unless you enter your own Anthropic API key in Settings. The key is stored in your device Keychain. When you use this option, the question, the finding data and any photo you choose to analyze are sent directly from your device to Anthropic to produce the answer. That data is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy. It is never sent to the developer.
Subscriptions
PARS CASp Pro is purchased through Apple. Apple processes the payment; the developer does not receive your payment details or Apple Account information.
Children
The app is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Deleting your data
Delete an inspection in the app, or delete the app to remove all its data from your device.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page.
