Connecting email
- Gmail and Outlook: Settings → Manage Email Accounts, then sign in with Google or Microsoft.
- iCloud Mail: create an app-specific password at account.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords, then paste it in the app.
- Yahoo Mail: create an app password in Yahoo Account Security → Generate app password, then paste it in the app.
A purchase or booking was not found, or was read wrong
Open Purchases & Returns → emails to check, and use Correct, or tap View original email to compare. Marketing emails can be hidden from All Purchases → To verify.
Reminders don't arrive
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → PARS Follow AI, and Focus settings. For leave-by times with traffic, allow location in the app's Appointments & Reminders settings.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel PARS Follow AI Pro in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling.
Deleting your data
Disconnect email accounts in the app, then delete the app. All app data is stored on your device.
