A-01 About

Two trades.
One guy.

I spend my days on residential and commercial projects across Southern California. At night I turn the problems I hit on site into apps that fix them.

On site

Job walks, scopes of work, material takeoffs, proposals and the follow-up emails that keep a project moving.

In code

iPhone and Mac apps for builders and everyday business, made with AI-assisted development and tested on real devices.

In 3D

PDF drawings turned into 3D models, walkthroughs, clips and build schedules through Pars Construction View.

On camera

Big Frank, a 60-year-old foreman who rates construction fails in under ten seconds.

ParsReport AI

Daily reports, AI-assisted RFI writing and markups on plans, all from the job site.

V-03 3D services

See it
before it's built

Pars Construction View turns your PDF drawings into a 3D model you can spin, zoom and share with one link. I read the plans and check every dimension against the drawings before anything is built.

Model

3D model

Walls, doors, windows and every room, labeled with its name and area. Shared as a link, with GLB and IFC files for Revit, ArchiCAD or SketchUp on request.

Walkthrough

Walkthrough

A camera path through the space at eye level, room by room, so an owner can walk the project before the slab is poured.

Clips

Video clips

Short fly-around and reveal clips cut for Instagram, TikTok and client presentations, in vertical or widescreen.

Schedule

Build schedule

The construction schedule played out in 3D, phase by phase, from site work to finishes, so everyone sees what gets built when.

How it works

  1. 1
    Send your drawings

The architectural PDF set, or just the floor plan sheet.

  2. 2
    I check the plan

Scale, overall dimensions and every room are checked against the drawings before modeling.

  3. 3
    Get your link

A 3D model your client can open anywhere, plus the walkthrough, clips or schedule you ordered.

Who it's for

  • Contractors who want to win the bid by showing the finished space
  • Developers and brokers presenting a project before construction
  • Restaurant, retail and office tenants planning a build-out
  • Homeowners reviewing a remodel with their family

Get a 3D model
of your project

Email your drawings with the project name and address, which floors to model, what you need (model, walkthrough, clips or schedule) and your deadline. Pricing is quoted per project.

  • Works best with CAD-exported PDFs
  • Your drawings stay private
  • For presentation, not construction
R-04 Research

From the lab
to the job site

Before code and construction management, I did research in traffic engineering and construction materials: roundabout capacity in the rain, asphalt binders and alkali-activated slag mortars. The work is published in journals including Construction and Building Materials and Road Materials and Pavement Design.
